Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the R22E website at https://r22e.com and our products, including RelaySub, Gelim, and RDM (Relay Download Manager) (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your Account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Services in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, disrupt the Services, or interfere with other users.
• Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or create derivative works from our apps or website except as permitted by law.
• Upload or distribute malicious code, or use the Services to transmit unlawful or harmful content.

Content You Submit

You retain ownership of any files or content you upload to the Services, such as subtitle files processed by RelaySub. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use and translate that content. We do not claim ownership of your content and use it only to provide the feature you requested.

Tool Accuracy

RelaySub and our other tools rely on automated processing and third-party services. While we aim for quality results, machine translation and download tools may contain errors or inaccuracies. The Services are provided to assist you, and you remain responsible for reviewing the output before relying on it.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and branding, are owned by R22E and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

Mobile Apps and the App Store

Gelim and RDM are distributed through the Apple App Store and are also subject to Apple’s terms. Any paid subscriptions or in-app purchases are processed and billed by Apple under its policies; R22E does not handle these payments directly. Billing questions, cancellations, and refunds for App Store purchases are managed through your Apple account.

Store Purchases

Where you buy a digital product directly from https://r22e.com, you receive a limited licence to use that product for personal, non-commercial purposes unless stated otherwise. Because our store delivers digital goods immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may rely on or link to third-party services and websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any results obtained from them will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R22E and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the relevant Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless R22E and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Services, or restrict your access, at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Services and other users. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which R22E operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
